Job Purpose and Impact
The Quality Control Inspector is a key member of the quality management team, responsible for monitoring and evaluating production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
We offer shift work: 7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00.
Temporary contract (replacement) – fixed term of approximately 2 years.
Location: Słupca
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the production process.
- Report inspection results and non-conformities and supervise corrective actions.
- Monitor and educate employees on compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP and hygiene standards.
- Ensure continuous improvement of quality standards within the company.
- Participate in internal inspections and audits.
- Cooperate with other departments.
- Prepare and conduct sensory evaluation of products.
- Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
- Experience working in a production environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
- Polish language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or a related field will be an asset.
- Communicative level of English will be an asset.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and general computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance and food safety.
