Key Accountabilities

  • Aplicar conhecimentos sobre operações de departamentos, políticas e procedimentos para a realização de processos da área moderadamente complexos.
  • Realizar abertura, conversão e liberação de ordens para a produção, além de analisar e monitorar 
  • Realizar o acompanhamento e abastecimento dos centros de distribuição, através das fábricas no Brasil.
  • Realizar o fechamento de Ordens de Produção para a contabilização mensal e cobrar ações de ordens em aberto.
  • Atualizar, acompanhar e reportar KPI's da área.
  • Agendar e coordenar reuniões, além de organizar a documentação e dados para stakeholders
  • Fornecer suporte as áreas internas seguindo procedimentos e implementando melhorias
  • Lidar com questões de suporte moderadamente complexas sob supervisão geral, ao mesmo tempo em que agrava questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.
  • Outros deveres como atribuídos.

Qualifications

  • Pacote office intermediário
  • Conhecimento do sistema SAP (TC1) – diferencial
  • Experiência em atividades de planejamento de ordem de produção - diferencial
  • Outras qualificações mínimas podem ser aplicadas
