This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.
Job Purpose and Impact
为支持长三角区域（YRB）业务增长带来的物流运营需求而设立该岗位，此岗位需与跨职能团队协作，应对灵活的运营挑战。
Key Accountabilities
1. 主动识别安全隐患并及时采取纠正措施；关注食品安全风险并落实纠正和预防措施（20%）。
2. 确保大豆、豆粕、豆油库存管理及港口运营管理顺畅高效运行（35%）。
3. 与财务库存团队合作开展库存管理，确保符合公司库存控制要求和标准（35%）。
4. 分析运营挑战，推动持续改善并制定解决方案支持业务发展（10%）。
Qualifications
- 大专及以上学历；
- 具备优秀书面及口头沟通能力，熟练使用Microsoft Office；
- 良好的逻辑思维、优先级管理、细节关注、客户导向及分析决策能力。
