Production Supervisor
Algemene functieomschrijving
Als Supervisor Productie zorg je ervoor dat het volledige productieproces tijdens jouw shift veilig, ordelijk en efficiënt verloopt. Je stuurt een ploeg aan met procesoperators en inpakmedewerkers die instaan voor het bedienen van de chocoladelijnen, tempering, verpakking en palletisatie. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, ondersteunt je team, volgt processen nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig. Dankzij jouw heldere communicatie en coachende aanpak loopt elke shift vlot en worden onze veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen strikt gevolgd. Je werkt in een 3‑ploegenstelsel en rapporteert aan de Productie Manager.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Als Shift Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Opvolgen van het volledige chocolade- en inpakproces, inclusief tempering, bedienen van de lijnen, verpakken en palletiseren, en bewaken van procesparameters, kwaliteitscontroles en correcte registraties.
- Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en ordelijke werkomgeving volgens Cargill‑standaarden, inclusief opvolging van voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en HACCP‑procedures.
- Realiseren van de geplande output en zorgen voor een vlotte voortgang van de productie, met actieve ondersteuning bij het analyseren en oplossen van operationele problemen en technische storingen.
- Dagelijkse begeleiding, coaching en ondersteuning van operators en inpakmedewerkers, inclusief aanspreken op veiligheid, kwaliteit, gedrag en werkafspraken.
- Inwerken en trainen van nieuwe medewerkers en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het volledige team.
- Opvolgen van de personeelsplanning binnen de shift, inclusief coördinatie van uitzendkrachten en taakverdeling op de werkvloer.
- Verwerken van administratieve gegevens in systemen zoals Kronos en kwaliteitssystemen, en rapporteren van kerncijfers zoals rework, yield, output en downtime.
- Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie binnen de ploeg en met collega‑supervisors, en actief meewerken aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen het productieproces.
Het profiel
Minimale vereisten
- Bachelor‑niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een productieomgeving.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende leiderschapsstijl.
- Vlot in het gebruik van computers en vertrouwd met administratieve en productiesystemen.
- Bereidheid om opleidingen te volgen rond veiligheid, HACCP en interne processen.
- Bereid om te werken in een 3‑ploegenstelsel.
Voorkeurseisen
- Ervaring met Lean, 5S of continuous improvement.
- Kennis van HACCP, voedselveiligheid of werken in een voedingsomgeving.
- Ervaring met kwaliteitsregistraties en productie‑analyses.
- Ervaring als operator, teamleader of supervisor, of de ambitie om naar deze rol te groeien.
