Dayton Protein Processing Plant

The town of Dayton is one of the oldest settled communities in Rockingham County and is the county's second oldest incorporated town. As the fourth-largest employer in Rockingham County, Cargill employs nearly 1,400 associates at its turkey processing facility. We come from 42 nations, speak over 20 languages, and have experiences that enrich each other and our communities. We work with over 700 independent family farms to feed thousands of people every day with nutritious, safe, and affordable food under our Shady Brook Farms and Honeysuckle White labels.
