Protect yourself against recruitment fraud. We are aware that unauthorized individuals may have posed as Cargill recruiters, made contact about job opportunities, and extended job offers via text message, instant message or chat rooms. To ensure a job posting is legitimate, it must be listed on the Cargill.com/Careers website. Learn how to protect yourself from recruitment fraud.

By increasing equitable access and opportunities across all aspects of our business, we can have an extraordinary impact. That's why we embed diversity, equity, and inclusion practices across our global network of employees, as well as across our supply chain, including farmers, ranchers, and agricultural communities. This holistic approach centers around three key areas - the workforce, the workplace, and the marketplace.

We Are Cargill

At Cargill, our ambition is to create equitable access and opportunity for all, across the world. We are deeply committed to principles of fairness, excellence, and inclusion for all and ensuring every individual is valued for their unique contributions and capabilities.

Our Path Forward

To achieve our purpose and feed a growing population, we need diverse perspectives at the table, so we can do our best work. That's why we're focused on increasing the diversity of our workforce, creating an inclusive environment and removing barriers to ensure equitable access.

  • Building a Diverse Workforce

We attract and build a diverse workforce by embedding equitable practices into our recruitment and hiring processes that expand opportunities for all. Cargill invests in our people so they can advance their careers and achieve their full potential. When our employees grow their capabilities, our business is stronger, and we can better serve our customers.

  • Creating an Inclusive Workplace

We create an inclusive workplace that aims to ensure every employee feels safe, respected, and heard. This sense of belonging helps unleash innovation and create impact for our customers and communities.

  • Investing in our Marketplace

Our dedication to access and equity extends to our global marketplace. Our company has developed a pool of diverse suppliers, and we continue to work to enhance our relationships with them - unlocking opportunities for organic growth while connecting them with mentors, capital, and technology.

Our Commitment

At Cargill, we know that creating access and equity leads to extraordinary impact, and our annual Global Day of Inclusion is one powerful way we bring that belief to life.

This global event reflects our ongoing commitment to building a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. It’s a moment to celebrate inclusion as a daily practice, not just a principle, engaging employees across all levels and regions, from frontline teams to global leadership.

With strong support from our Executive team and thousands of employees participating worldwide, the Global Day of Inclusion is more than a celebration — it’s a reaffirmation of who we are and what we stand for. It deepens our connections, amplifies all voices, and inspires us to keep building a culture where access + equity = impact.

Business Resource Groups

We have nine Business Resource Groups, with more than 50 chapters and hundreds of members across the globe. Our resource groups are a great opportunity for employees to join a global community and connect with our diverse, global workforce. Feeling like you belong isn’t exclusive to the members of our resource groups; a strong network of allies who support their colleagues allow our groups to spread their messages and for every person to feel welcome.

  • Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are volunteer networks of Cargill employees who are committed to strengthening our culture by fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace for ALL employees. BRGs are open to everyone. Our BRGs add to a sense of belonging by furthering the attraction, recruitment, retention, development, and recognition of employees around the world.
