The position of CI Specialist Latam Procurement Operations will be a technical support point related to ERP and Automation tools, in addition to seeking improvements in P2O processes, project and change management, as well as in the management of the new services catalog. In this position, you will work on projects with the internal team and cross-functional partners, expanding the culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

• Manage new services catalog, belt projects, efficiency, efficacy and user experience.
• Deployment and communication of new processes and changes management.
• Participate in creating solutions and recommending improvements to processes and technology using different methodologies and tools depending on the business case.
• Partner with regional and global teams to optimize processes and technology.
• Support conducting the project full cycle in accordance with internal processes and requirements.
• Identify business needs, gather requirements, and define scope and objectives to make business decisions.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Deployment and State Support Deliver and support on-going system process and transactional support for Procure to Order - Procurement Operations team
• Manage small cutover activities, Small Works (system enhancements) and collaborate with Global IT to develop and implement.

QUALIFICAÇÕES

• P2P Experience (Procure to Pay)
• Experience in SAP for Hana and Fiori (Purchasing module)
• Experience in Ariba (P2O and Ariba Network module)
• Advanced English
• Advanced Spanish
• Belt Certification - desirable
• Knowledge in AI – desirable
• Service Now - desirable
• Knowledge of Power BI – desirable
