At Cargill, we care about your safety and want your job search experience to be a positive one. Unfortunately, there are scams out there where individuals pretend to be Cargill recruiters to try and collect personal information or request payment. Please know that Cargill will never ask you for money during the hiring process, and in most cases, we only accept applications through our official careers site, with the exception of some roles in our production plants. If something doesn't feel right or you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us. To learn more, visit our Notice on Fraudulent Job Offers.

OPEN ROLES

Cargill in the Community

We have a long history of supporting partnerships that advance social and environmental priorities in the Twin Cities and across the United States. Through the Cargill Cares Councils, employees and retirees volunteer their time and expertise to strengthen local communities by supporting hunger relief, mentoring youth, improving nutrition, and protecting natural resources. Cargill teams regularly contribute through hands-on activities such as packing meals for Second Harvest Heartland and Every Meal, supporting Habitat for Humanity builds, and participating in environmental cleanups with local parks. In addition to these volunteer efforts, we continue to invest in local nonprofit partnerships that advance our vibrant community.
