Founded in June 2015, the San José Capability Center has established itself as a strategic hub for shared services. Today, we have more than 1,000 employees, providing solutions in three languages for 18 countries in areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Master Data, Corporate Affairs, Procurement, Administrative Services, and Communications.

The Finance team at the San José Capability Center is one of the most dynamic areas, with a direct impact on global markets. Our expertise spans Financial Operations, Order Management, Credit and Collections, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Tax. In these functions, we manage critical processes such as invoicing, collections, payments, and credit risk administration.
