Understand the role and the company

Take time to review the responsibilities and skills required for the position. Identify how your experience aligns with the role, and familiarize yourself with our mission, values, and culture.

Ask thoughtful questions

Prepare questions about the company and position to show your interest and gain deeper insights. This is a great chance to understand how your expertise can make an impact to Cargill's vision and culture.

Anticipate behavioral-based questions

Please be ready to discuss your past experiences, particularly how you managed different situations. Highlight examples that best match the position's requirements. Your responses will demonstrate your skills, abilities, and personality.

Plan for logistics

Virtual Interviews: Test your technology (internet connection, camera, microphone) beforehand. At Cargill we really care about people safety, ensure you have a quiet, distraction-free environment, and please do not take the interview whilst driving a vehicle.
