Analyst, NA Master Data Operations
Job Purpose and Impact
The PPV Process Analyst will support the end‑to‑end Purchase Price Variance (PPV) update process for the North America region. The role involves handling SAP pricing and material master data activities, executing outline agreement tickets, troubleshooting pricing discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in pricing operations. The Analyst will work closely with business partners, procurement teams, and master data functions to maintain high data integrity and seamless process execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute end‑to‑end price updates and ensure timely processing of PPV-related requests for the NA region.
- Perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) activities in SAP related to pricing conditions, outline agreements, and material master data.
- Support ~50% of workload on steady state outline agreement ticket execution, including updates to pricing, UOM, and contract details.
- Monitor transactional requests and resolve pricing‑related issues raised by business partners through root cause analysis and solution recommendations.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of pricing changes and ensure compliance with established data standards and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, enhance execution methods, and create value through continuous improvement.
- Manage administrative and technical tasks with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues to senior team members or SMEs.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; typically requires 3+ years of experience in SAP master data, pricing, or procurement operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP MM, pricing condition records, and outline agreement processes.
PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES
- Strong understanding of outline agreements (contracts) including UOM behavior, pricing condition updates, and validity controls.
- Experience working with PPV processes, procurement pricing workflows, and master data governance.
- Familiarity with PR2PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) cycle.
- Exposure to ticketing systems, SLA-driven environments, and escalation management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES TO BE GAINED
- Execute cleansing activities for master data to ensure the overall health of the data.
- Work closely with essential partners to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures.
