Job Purpose and Impact

The Poultry Strategic Marketing and Technology lead will contribute to strategy and oversee execution of product line activities for a single product. In this role, you will help design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle and guide a team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead strategic work for Poultry- Where to Play, How to Win and execution drive with commercial team
  • Collaborate with Key accounts team for customer acquisition & Product positioning
  • Design comprehensive service offering across for species segment and subsegment
  • Lead and collaborate on Nutrition and other consultancy team lead (Technology application Manager-TAM) like Breeder, Broiler and Layer
  • Oversee preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates, special focus required on Micro Nutrition & Health Solutions- MHS additives category
  • Supervise compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
  • Coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
  • Oversee planning, organization and coordination of assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary field related field or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of supervisory experience
