Total Rewards Administrator
Job Purpose and Impact
- The Senior Support Staff, Compensation job assists with routine compensation reporting in support of total rewards initiatives and projects. Working independently under limited supervision for complex administrative tasks, this job applies globally consistent tools and resources to provide data and insights to support business compensation needs or requests.
Key Accountabilities
- PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Assists with routine reporting and administration of the organization's compensation programs and practices, including salaries, short and long term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary increases and salary surveys.
- PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Provides administrative support for the development of compensation programs, plans, targets and recommendations, aligned with the organization's total rewards strategy and best practices based on market trends and observations.
- LAWS & REGULATIONS: Assists with interpreting local, state and federal laws regulating routine compensation practices to support the organization's compliance with relevant regulations.
- SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION: Maintains successful and efficient implementation of routine compensation solutions aligned to defined governance processes in support of department policies, procedures and programs.
- PROGRAM ANALYSIS: Assists with analyzing routine jobs and reviewing job descriptions and specifications, applying job evaluation techniques to support establishing equitable compensation rates within the organization and comparable to industry rates.
- PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: Provides administrative support to implement compensation programs and processes, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and best practices based on market trends and observations.
- DATA ANALYSIS: Assists with the routine analysis on market trends, external benchmarks and internal data to support the development and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation programs and practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of around 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
