This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. 

Job Purpose and Impact

The Field Representative will participate in face to face and remote selling to the company's new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. In this role, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.

Field Representative for Hajdú-Bihar and Southern Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok Counties

Key Accountabilities

  • Collecting and evaluating up to date domestic market information
  • Maintaining contact and exchanging information with partners; conducting partner visits
  • Purchasing grain and oilseeds directly from producers
  • Liaising with internal departments such as logistics and finance
  • Maintaining records in the system and in spreadsheets

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in agriculture or relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, internet use, and email systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify key issues and strong analytical skills.
  • Creativity and initiative.
  • Financial and commercial acumen.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak periods.
  • Accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Category B driving licence.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in selling agricultural products.

Work location:

  • The regions listed above in Hungary.
