PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO DEL PUESTO

El/la Especialista de Soluciones Agrofinancieras Senior diseñará e implementará un ciclo integral de marketing de productos. En este rol, identificará el potencial de mercado, establecerá precios y estrategias de mercado, estimará ventas potenciales, definirá actividades promocionales y gestionará el producto hasta su retiro (phase out). 

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

•    A diario prepara y coordina cotizaciones y actualizaciones de mercado.
•    Compila y evalua investigaciones sobre los requisitos del producto en el mercado e identificar mejoras a las características y funcionalidades actuales.
•    Coordina la planificación de programas con clientes para identificar oportunidades de mercado, objetivos, manejo de riesgo, costos y consideraciones similares.
•    Planifica, organiza y coordina los programas asignados para cumplir con los objetivos financieros y presupuestarios.
•    Gestiona de forma independiente asuntos complejos con mínima supervisión, escalando únicamente los temas más complejos al personal correspondiente.
•    Colabora en la difusión de productos y servicios con Productores Agropecuarios mediante disertaciones y brinda los entrenamientos del área a los comerciales de acopio.
•    Otras tareas según se asignen.

CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS

•    Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente.
•    Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia laboral relacionada.
•    Inglés Avanzado (oral y escrito)
•    Disponibilidad para viajar como mínimo 40% del tiempo.
•    Pueden aplicar otras calificaciones mínimas.
