Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Production Leadman will monitor chemical process production activity, lead troubleshooting efforts and moderate between departments. In this role, you will maximize throughput and produce quality product while following all food safety and regulatory policies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide employee performance feedback to leadership.
  • Identify risks and recommend areas of improvement, innovation and training needs.
  • Lead chemical process production issue troubleshooting of identifying causes and development of solutions.
  • Coordinate and moderate between departments to minimize disruptions and ensure continued flow between departments.
  • Monitor daily chemical process production for assigned area and adhere to policies and procedures related to employee safety, food and feed safety and regulations.
  • Ensure daily operations meet production schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or related degree
  • Experience in people leadership
