Job Purpose and Impact

A/O Enfermeira(o) do Trabalho irá atuar na nossa fábrica de Food na cidade de Castro – Paraná, sendo registrado(a) e realizando atividades de saúde ocupacional. Nesta função, você fornecerá treinamentos de saúde, irá atuar diretamente em ações de prevenção e educação em saúde e bem-estar dos funcionários, além de atividades administrativas relacionadas a enfermagem do trabalho.

Key Accountabilities

  • Utilizando conhecimento técnico auxiliará na concepção e execução de programas de saúde e bem-estar para funcionários.
  • Conduzirá treinamentos de programas de saúde.
  • Irá avaliar, orientar e acompanhar as doenças ou lesões de funcionários.
  • Suportará junto ao médico do trabalho questões relacionadas a restrição de atividades, retorno ao trabalho e acompanhamento de afastamentos.
  • Garantir e apoiar a manutenção de registros de acordo com as regulamentações vigentes.
  • Lidará com questões e problemas básicos sob supervisão direta, enquanto encaminhará questões mais complexas para a liderança imediata e equipe responsável.

Qualifications

  • Graduação em Enfermagem
  • Coren ativo
  • Especialização ou Pós em enfermagem do trabalho
  • Experiência com enfermagem do trabalho no ambiente corporativo/fabril
  • Conhecimento do sistema SOC - diferencial
  • Pacote Office
