O/A Engenheiro(a) de Produtividade contribuirá para o desenvolvimento, implementação e manutenção de iniciativas de melhoria de processos. Buscamos um profissional que realize atividades de acompanhamento e melhoria de performance.

Localização: Uberlândia / MG - Presencial

Key Accountabilities

  • Fornecer diretamente atualizações sobre os objetivos do projeto, medidas de desempenho, problemas e riscos para a equipe sênior.
  • Identificar, monitorar e implementar as melhorias de performance.
  • Liderar projetos com alto retorno financeiro para a empresa, atingindo as metas estabelecidas.
  • Realizar avaliações de prontidão organizacional, realização de valor, priorização de oportunidades, avaliação de recursos e executar estratégias de melhoria de performance que atendam aos requisitos do negócio.
  • Resolver independentemente problemas moderadamente complexos com supervisão mínima, ao mesmo tempo em que escala questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.

Qualifications

QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS

  • Bacharelado em Engenharia ou em área relacionada ou experiência equivalente
  • Sólida e comprovada experiência de trabalho relacionada ao ramo de processamento de alimentos (grãos ou ração animal).
  • Inglês nível intermediário
  • Outras qualificações mínimas podem ser aplicadas

QUALIFICAÇÕES DESEJÁVEIS

  • Conhecimento em Power BI e
  • Conhecimento no SISTEMA SAP
  • Experiência com elaboração de Business Cases de Projetos de Redução de Custos
  • Conhecimento da área financeira de custeio de produtos
  • Experiência no ambiente fabril.
