Master Data & Product Documentation Specialist (m/w/d)

Job Impact and Purpose
The Master Data & Product Documentation Specialist is responsible for the setup and maintenance of production‑related master data within the ERP system. In this role, you will use your analytical skills to support efficient production processes and ensure timely supply to our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional business teams and the corporate IT function. The role also includes creating and maintaining safety data sheets using established software tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the overall quality and integrity of master data and lead data‑cleansing activities.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to ensure data processes and procedures are consistently followed.
- Coordinate master data requests through workflow tools, ensuring data quality standards and service levels are met.
- Execute master data setup and configuration in ERP systems and related applications.
- Create and update safety data sheets for new and existing feed additive products using approved software.
- Resolve moderately complex issues independently and escalate more complex matters when needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very good German communication skills (written and verbal, minimum B2 level)
- Effective coordination and communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or operational role (e.g., order management, supply chain, FSQR, or similar).
- Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision is an advantage).
- Educational or professional background in natural sciences or chemistry.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that a basic salary of €3000 gross per month (based on a 38-hour week) is provided for this position. The actual remuneration depends on training, experience and individual skills and can therefore be significantly higher.
