Compensation: $29.25/hr 

Job Overview 
As an Industrial Electrician I, you will help keep our production facility running safely and efficiently by supporting electrical maintenance and troubleshooting activities. You will work with experienced team members to maintain, repair, and improve equipment while following safety and quality standards. This role is a great opportunity to build your electrical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

What You Will Do 

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and basic corrective electrical maintenance on production and facility equipment. 
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and support repairs on motors, controls, and low voltage systems. 
  • Assist with installation, testing, and startup of electrical components and equipment. 
  • Read and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and operating manuals. 
  • Document completed work and equipment conditions using maintenance systems. 
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying equipment or process issues. 
  • Perform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation. 
  • Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested. 
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory policies. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need 

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. 
  • Must be 18 years or older. 
  • Ability to read and understand basic electrical schematics and technical instructions. 
  • Basic troubleshooting skills with electrical systems and equipment. 

What Will Put You Ahead 

  • Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. 
  • Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), instrumentation, or automated systems. 
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or SAP. 
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and industrial process drawings. 
  • Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or other mobile equipment. 
  • Work history in the last 12 months.
