Próposito del trabajo e Impacto

El área de Mejora Continua dentro de Operaciones se enfoca en la optimización de procesos, implementación de herramientas tecnológicas y desarrollo de iniciativas que incrementen la eficiencia, productividad y calidad en las operaciones. Trabaja de manera transversal con diferentes áreas para identificar oportunidades de mejora y generar valor para el negocio.

Principales Responsabilidades

Entre las funciones a desempeñar pueden estar algunas de las siguientes (no necesariamente todas, dependiendo del área específica y del rol asignado):

  • Apoyar en iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización de procesos operativos.
  • Participar en el desarrollo e implementación de herramientas tecnológicas (Power BI, automatizaciones, etc.).
  • Analizar información operativa para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Elaborar reportes, dashboards y presentaciones para seguimiento de iniciativas.
  • Colaborar con equipos operativos en la implementación de mejoras.
  • Apoyar en proyectos relacionados con eficiencia, productividad y reducción de costos.

Calificaciones

  • Estudiante activo de carreras como ingeniería industrial, administrativa o afines.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar la pasantía.
  • Interés en mejora de procesos, análisis de datos o transformación digital.
  • Habilidades analíticas y pensamiento crítico.
  • Manejo de Excel (deseable Power BI u otras herramientas).
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
