Job Purpose and Impact

El Operador II desempeñará una variedad de responsabilidades, en las áreas asignadas a las instalaciones de producción, incluida la operación de maquinaria y equipos mecánicos, la realización de mantenimiento y la resolución de problemas, utilizando una amplia comprensión de procesos variados y multidimensionales. En este puesto, se le asignarán diferentes áreas de trabajo según sea necesario para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de producción, respaldar la producción de productos de calidad y maximizar el rendimiento mientras se siguen todas las políticas de seguridad y normativas.

Esta es una posicion permanente ubicada en Girón, Colombia. Tome en cuenta que Cargill no brinda asistencia para reubicación a la locación de trabajo.

Turno / Jornada: Rotativo

Key Accountabilities

  • Operar las maquinas y equipo mecánico del área (máquina peletizadora, cosedoras de frijol)
  • Participa activamente del proceso de prealistamiento y pesaje de microingredientes
  • Ejecuta las labores específicas asignadas de manera repetitiva, las cuales pueden requerir de esfuerzo físico y/o concentración
  • Realiza cualquier otra tarea que incluye la rotación por diferentes puestos según la funcion asignada por el supervisor. 
  • Puede trabajar en espacios elevados de más de 1,20m.
