Job Purpose and Impact

As part of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Production Recruitment Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Consultant utilizes a consultative and strategic approach to support full cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and selection processes to recruit production talent in a cost-effective manner and add value to the organization. Under limited supervision, this job performs moderately complex recruiting activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing an excellent candidate experience and driving the organization’s brand as an employer of choice.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.
The job offer concerns our facility in Słupca, representing Cargill Protein Business in Poland. We offer a hybrid work model (2 days per week working from home).

Key Accountabilities

  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: Develops and executes recruiting strategies by researching and applying understanding of the manufacturing and production recruiting industry trends and best practices, labor market research and competitive intelligence, and recruiting tools and technology systems.
  • RECRUITING SERVICES: Provides moderately complex full cycle recruiting services including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers across the EMEA region.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with the business on recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities and forecasting.
  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Develops and maintains internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process, including hiring managers, human resource and talent acquisition professionals, industry contacts and candidates.
  • LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Ensures recruiting policies and processes comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in recruiting.
  • Fluency in English & Polish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred HR or psychology) and/or equivalent experience.
  • Confirmed recruiting experience for blue collars, ideally for the manufacturing or Production industry.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition digital tools, such as SuccessFactors Recruiting Module.
