Propósito e impacto en el trabajo

El rol de Supervisor/a de centro de distribución supervisará las operaciones del mismo. Buscamos un profesional organizado/a que supervise los procesos de recepción de productos terminados, inventario de las plantas, su almacenamiento y despacho. Manejará proveedores, implementará estrategias de abastecimiento, así como gestión de talento, recursos y presupuesto.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Supervisar directamente las operaciones diarias del centro de distribución.
  • Asegurar que se introduzca información precisa en los sistemas de gestión de compras e inventarios
  • Optimizar los niveles de inventario a corto y largo plazo dentro del almacén para apoyar las operaciones de planta. Conciliación y control diario de los inventarios de producto terminado, empaques
  • Responsable de las decisiones relativas al personal
  • Administrar el costo de la operación del almacén de producto terminado

Calificaciones

  • Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles de supervisión y en manejo de inventario y almacenes. 

Deseadas:

  • Experiencia en presentación y análisis de indicadores de control de inventarios. 
  • Sistemas ERP (SAP, AS400, QAD/MfgPro, JDE, Oracle), Paquetes Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
