Director, Product Line Oils and Fats
Job Purpose and Impact
The Director, Product Line Oils and Fats will develop strategy and lead all aspects of the execution of product line activities for a single product. In this role, you will direct a team that designs and implements a comprehensive product marketing cycle and lead a team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.
Key Accountabilities
- Advise on the preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates.
- Direct compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
- Monitor program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
- Plan, organize and coordinate assigned complex programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of supervisory experience
