Job Purpose and Impact

The Compliance & Tecnology Analyst job performs routine ethics and compliance activities that support the deployment of compliance framework programs in assigned businesses or functions. Under close supervision, this job implements standard compliance programs and activities that are risk based, aligned with business needs and consistent with benchmarking and regulatory requirements and expectations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Process Automation & Custom Development: Support the design, development, and deployment of custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies. Contribute directly to automation initiatives within the Compliance function using tools such as Power Automate (RPA) and other low-code/no-code platforms to optimize compliance workflows.
  • Digital Innovation & AI Integration: Assist in identifying, proposing, and implementing opportunities to integrate AI, copilots, or intelligent agents into existing compliance processes. Stay actively informed about emerging technologies and digital compliance tools to drive continuous improvements across the organization.
  • Data Analysis & Advanced Dashboards: Collaborate in the development of dynamic dashboards, reports, and data insights using Power BI to support strategic decision-making and risk monitoring. Performs routine internal and external research and data analysis on ethics and compliance to prepare information for executive review.
  • Program Deployment & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test digital solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives. Partners to implement the defined global compliance framework activities and program updates within businesses and functions.
  • Communication & Training Delivery: Support the creation, delivery, and enhancement of employee communication and training programs related to Ethics & Compliance, ensuring standards and procedures are shared effectively through digital and established communication channels.
  • Stakeholder Management & Technical Support: Responds to routine inquiries from employees and internal partners regarding regulatory requirements. Help monitor adherence to organizational standards of conduct across stakeholders, handles routine technical or operational issues under supervision, and escalates complex challenges as needed.
  • Investigations/Audits Support: Partners investigate and audit compliance breaches by gathering documentation, leveraging digital compliance tools, and maintaining secure records in their direction.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a technology field.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) – Mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English level (to be evaluated) – Mandatory.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a technology analyst, developer, or similar role.

Preferred

  • Exposure to or interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, or AI agents (e.g., copilots, chatbots, workflow agents).
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, machine learning concepts, or prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Knowledge of User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in collaborative environments and supporting or leading small projects.
  • Familiarity with automation and project management tools
