PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO DEL TRABAJO

El Ingeniero de Mantenimiento y Confiabilidad aplicará el conocimiento técnico para ofrecer una mejora continua en la confiabilidad de procesos y activos a través de la detección y eliminación de defectos. En este rol, se asociará con el equipo para garantizar el cumplimiento de las estrategias de ingeniería de Mantenimiento y confiabilidad.  (#LI-ES2)

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

  • Implemente actividades de excelencia de confiabilidad moderadamente complejas e identifique y priorice oportunidades de creación de valor de ingeniería de confiabilidad.
  • Ejecutar el desarrollo, diseño e instalación de programas de mantenimiento predictivo y tecnología en alineación con los procedimientos del área.
  • Preparar revisiones técnicas de proyectos moderadamente complejos y colaborar con áreas relacionadas en nuevas especificaciones de confiabilidad de equipos.
  • Realizar la identificación y eliminación de malos actores y la optimización de la disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • Colaborar y proporcionar orientación para las reparaciones de mantenimiento y la producción en procesos relacionados con la confiabilidad y la identificación de repuestos críticos.
  • Resuelva de forma independiente problemas moderadamente complejos con una supervisión mínima, al tiempo que escala los problemas más complejos al personal apropiado.

CUALIFICACIONES

CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS

  • Licenciatura en un campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo de dos años de experiencia laboral relacionada
  • Conocimientos en gestión de procesos de mantenimiento
  • Experiencia en tecnologías de mantenimiento predictivo y confiabilidad
  • Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas

CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS

  • Sólidos conocimientos en la aplicación de herramientas de fiabilidad
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos
  • Experiencia en la creación de pruebas y análisis complejos
  • Conocimiento de SAP/ RCA
  • Inglés intermedio
