CSSP Process Implementation Lead
Job Purpose and Impact
CSSP (Procurement) Process Implementation Lead will be accountable for the design and rollout of an implementation and the connected processes within a business. In this role, you will lead business readiness activities to ensure processes, data and information are established and streamlines for a successful implementation. You will be critical to drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and collaborate effectively with all levels within the designated organization and enterprise and supporting functions.
Key Accountabilities
- Understanding of Global implementation strategies, process technology related to the end to end process of Source to Pay, including eSourcing, Contract Management, Procurement, PO processing, Supplier Risk Management, Energy & Risk Management and Data & Analytics.
- Skilled in leading end‑to‑end project implementation, driving SAP‑based procurement solutions, and delivering measurable business benefits.
- Be and act as the in-direct spend Source to Pay focal point and process implementation lead for regional implementation project(s) and project phases in accordance with the Cargill ERP Roadmap
- Lead advance deployment of CSSP (Procurement) activities, aid in solution confirmation, and support Local Design/Build efforts.
- Ensure that system configuration and process design aligns with S2P Golden Process target architecture and processes defined by the Global Process Organization (GPO)
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and Business Simulation for CSSP (Procurement)
- Do preparation and participate in Super User and End User training
- Able to define S2P(Source to Pay) processes in-line with Company global standard
- Led process instrumentation and process deployment initiatives to support operational efficiency.
- Communicated and collaborated effectively with procurement team and cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience, preferable 8+ working year experience.
- Five years of procurement and project experience, including three years specializing in SAP.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders at various levels.
- Successfully led multiple projects, delivering clear business benefits through improved processes and system integration.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be based in Cargill Tropical Oils location. [Indonesia]
- Willing to do business trip and travelling accross Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading and managing projects with change management elements
- Experienced as Procurement Consultant with strong expertise in procurement processes and SAP‑based procurement solutions.
