Job Purpose and Impact

Als Operator Productie bedien je 1 tot 2 chocoladelijnen en zorg je ervoor dat elke batch veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen geproduceerd wordt. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt het proces van smelten tot verpakking, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt in waar nodig. Zo garandeer je dat onze klanten tijdig en correct bediend worden en dat voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en productiecontinuïteit altijd verzekerd blijven.

Key Accountabilities

  • Instellen, opstarten, ombouwen en bijregelen van productie‑ en vormlijnen volgens procedures.
  • Bewaken van parameters zoals temperatuur, snelheid, niveaus en productkwaliteit; uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Bedienen van inpakonderdelen zoals verpakkingsinstallatie, seal- en tape‑machines en afstemmen met inpakmedewerkers.
  • Verhelpen van eerste lijnstoringen en blokkades en uitvoeren van basis onderhoud.
  • Begeleiden van losactiviteiten van vloeibare chocolade, controleren van documenten en uitvoeren van volumemetingen.
  • Reinigen, ontsmetten en ordelijk houden van productielijnen en onderdelen volgens voedselveiligheidsvereisten.
  • Registreren van productie‑ en kwaliteitsgegevens, rapporteren van bijzonderheden en deelnemen aan ploegoverdrachten.
  • Samenwerken met collega‑operators, inpakmedewerkers en technische dienst om een veilige, nette en efficiënte productie te garanderen.
  • Andere taken zoals toegewezen.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basiservaring in het bedienen van machines of aantoonbaar technisch inzicht.
  • Inzicht in of bereidheid te leren over voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Bereidheid om in ploegen te werken (24/7‑omgeving).
  • Basis pc‑vaardigheden voor registratie en opvolging.
  • Vlotte mondelinge communicatie in het Nederlands; basis Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Collegiale werkhouding en nauwkeurigheid in kwaliteits- en veiligheidsopdrachten.
