Job Purpose and Impact

We are looking for a Technical Warehouse Supervisor to support our maintenance operations by ensuring the availability of all required spare parts and equipment.
In this role, you will help maximize asset reliability by continuously improving processes, knowledge, engagement, and cost efficiency. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and quality standards, with a strong focus on food safety.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supervise, organize, and continuously optimize the technical warehouse and the storage of consumables and spare parts
  • Perform and oversee goods receipt activities, ensuring accurate and timely system postings
  • Initiate and track the procurement of spare parts according to maintenance plans to ensure all necessary components are available on time
  • Plan and coordinate inspections and assessments of repairable parts to ensure their timely and compliant reintegration into maintenance processes
  • Ensure proper storage practices and maintain close communication with suppliers to safeguard quality throughout the process chain up to installation
  • Analyze inventory levels (critical / non‑critical / surplus) to identify optimization opportunities and reduce excess stock
  • Conduct technical inspections and quality checks of incoming goods according to specifications
  • Ensure accurate inventory management using SAP and additional tools such as label printers and barcode systems
  • Plan and execute annual or ongoing inventory counts for the entire warehouse
  • Oversee the hazardous materials storage area in full compliance with applicable safety regulations
  • Perform additional tasks as required within the scope of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Certified education (Fachwirt) or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical field, combined with several years of maintenance-related experience
  • Very good German language skills (spoken and written)
  • Basic English skills
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Solid understanding of production processes and maintenance operations
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a precise, diligent, and well‑structured working style
