Production Supervisor

This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Production Manager, as one of two specialists, will be responsible for overseeing a small production facility. The key responsibilities include operational supervision of the plant, ensuring safety, quality standards, and financial performance.
The facility is located in Maków Mazowiecki, and the role involves shift work.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee production plant operations – production of feed for cattle, pigs, and laying hens.
- Collaborate with the second manager to ensure efficient customer service and alignment of production schedules.
- Manage the plant’s budget across processes, shifts, and departments.
- Execute purchase orders and monitor invoice timeliness.
- Plan and supervise the operation of machines and equipment.
- Supervise employees to ensure compliance with HSE, food and feed safety standards, and make staffing decisions.
- Monitor production results (volume and quality) and ensure compliance with customer and food safety requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and internal departments.

Qualifications
- University degree (technical, animal nutrition, agriculture) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production environment.
- Experience in team management.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00).
- English proficiency enabling effective communication (spoken and written, including technical documentation).
