Job Purpose and Impact

El Superintendente de Planta Rendering y Ptar proporcionará supervisión operativa estratégica para todo el proceso de producción de Rendering y operación de planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales. En este rol, supervisará la seguridad, la calidad, la efectividad operativa y el desempeño financiero.

Localización: Nicaragua - Masaya - on site

Key Accountabilities

  • Garantiza que se implementen los estándares y objetivos del programa de cumplimiento ambiental y de seguridad de empleados, alimentos y piensos.
  • Responsable de todos los procedimientos operativos y regulatorios internos y externos sobre seguridad de empleados, incluida la ejecución estratégica y táctica en alineación con el entorno corporativo, la salud y la seguridad y la seguridad alimentaria, la calidad y las funciones regulatorias, así como las regulaciones gubernamentales.
  • Establecer e implementar prioridades operativas para las plantas con una complejidad moderada.
  • Lidera las operaciones estratégicas y tácticas y los entregables de gestión de calidad para garantizar que los requisitos del cliente, el producto y los estándares de calidad se cumplan dentro de las especificaciones.
  • Lidera, dirige y controla los presupuestos de capital y operativos para las plantas y lograr los objetivos de rendimiento financiero de perspectiva a mediano plazo establecidos por el negocio.
  • Asegurar y responsabilizar a los subordinados directos por cumplir y controlar los gastos operativos y los objetivos establecidos.
  • Supervisar la gestión operativa general e implementar mejoras en la eficiencia operativa que pueden incluir la estandarización de los sistemas de fabricación de información de la planta, el control de calidad, la seguridad, la excelencia en la confiabilidad de la producción y las mejores prácticas de mantenimiento y operadores.
  • Liderar y desarrollar un equipo, entrenar y tomar decisiones relacionadas con la gestión del talento, la contratación, el rendimiento y las acciones disciplinarias.

Qualifications

CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS

  • Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente
  • Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia laboral relacionada
  • Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas

CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS

  • Seis sigma lean
  • Dos años de experiencia en supervisión
