Back office support Gourmet
Job Purpose and Impact
Cargill Gourmet offers a wide range of chocolate couvertures, inclusions and decorations. In this role, you will act as primary/secondary contact towards customers and handle inquiries, call offs, invoicing and other activities. In doing so you will need to coordinate activities between the different departments, mostly Supply Chain and Sales. Together with a medium-sized team you will contribute to an increased level of transparency, communication and responsiveness with the company's customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Receive and process customer orders (+changes) in our ERP system.
- Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete an order.
- Build knowledge of the product portfolio and work with sales account managers to share this knowledge if needed.
- Smooth coordination with other teams.
- Reflect and proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve the order management processes.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
