Job Purpose and Impact

As an Associate – Ethics & Compliance Technology Analyst, you will play a key role in accelerating the digital transformation of Cargill’s Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program. You will support the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance compliance processes, improve data-driven decision making, and strengthen risk management capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, develop applications, and explore emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), intelligent automation, and agent-based solutions to improve efficiency and scalability across compliance operations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the design and development of custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and related technologies.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives within Compliance using tools such as Power Automate (RPA) and other low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to integrate AI, copilots, or intelligent agents to optimize compliance workflows and data analysis.
  • Collaborate in the development of dashboards and insights using Power BI to support decision-making and risk monitoring.
  • Support the creation and delivery of employee communication and training programs related to Ethics & Compliance.
  • Help monitor adherence to organizational standards of conduct and ethical practices across stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test solutions, and ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Handle routine technical and operational issues under supervision, escalating complex challenges as needed.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, digital compliance tools) and propose continuous improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) – Mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English level (to be evaluated) – Mandatory.

Preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in a technology analyst, developer, or similar role.
  • Exposure to or interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, or AI agents (e.g., copilots, chatbots, workflow agents).
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, machine learning concepts, or prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Knowledge of User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in collaborative environments and supporting or leading small projects.
  • Familiarity with automation and project management tools
