Job Purpose and Impact

The Creative Design Specialist will create eye catching designs that meet brand guidelines. In this role, you will design and produce digital and print assets for internal and external purposes, transforming information, messages and concepts into high quality assets that educate, inspire and accurately depict and promote the brand. You will partner with stakeholders to solicit input, respond to and integrate feedback, manage and track schedules and production milestones and map to the overall product and content releases. You will also assist in the creation of new brand and brand guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and produce moderately complex designs and visual elements for digital channels, print materials and multimedia assets.
  • Partner collaboratively with design leads, motion graphics artists and video editors to assist with production artwork and asset management tasks.
  • Handle workload, project tasks and media assets to help maintain team databases, processes and storage systems.
  • Define and deliver moderately complex designs that engage the customer and utilize current creative trends and new technologies.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Advanced English (Must)
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign (Must)

Preferred:

  • Experience in Advertising Agencies
  • Experience working with PM (Project Management) applications for creative teams
