PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO DEL TRABAJO

El Supervisor de Mantenimiento y Confiabilidad de Manufactura coordinará la reparación y mantenimiento de maquinaria, vehículos y equipos. En este rol, liderará todos los aspectos del mantenimiento, la reparación y la planificación de proyectos moderadamente complejos, se centrará en actividades tácticas y operativas, alineará e implementará prácticas y programas de confiabilidad y se mantendrá actualizado con las mejores prácticas de la industria. (#LI-ES2) 
Localización: ARG - Puerto San Martin

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

  • Operar, monitorear y mantener máquinas y equipos de producción.
  • Desarrollar e implementar programas de producción para utilizar mano de obra, herramientas, planta y equipo de manera efectiva.
  • Emprender actividades de producción para transformar insumos tangibles e intangibles en productos terminados.
  • Planificar, ejecutar y revisar las operaciones de producción para lograr los objetivos de producción y calidad.
  • Planifique y priorice las órdenes de trabajo, programando la reparación y el mantenimiento generales para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad y las interrupciones de la producción.
  • Responsable de las decisiones de personal relacionadas con la contratación, el desempeño y las acciones disciplinarias para sus reportes directos. También pasará tiempo completando las mismas tareas que los empleados de su equipo.
  • Otras funciones asignadas.

CUALIFICACIONES

CUALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS

  • Licenciatura en un campo relacionado. ( Eng. Eletromecanica/Industrial/ Mecanica...)
  • Experiencia en el apoyo al cumplimiento de auditorías y a los procesos de análisis de causa raíz
  • Experiencia laboral directamente relacionada
  • Inglés fluido
  • Portugués intermedio
  • Se pueden aplicar otras calificaciones mínimas

CALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS

  • Experiencia en supervisión
  • Conocimiento de SAP
