Le site de Redon, spécialisé dans la production de pectine et composé de 125 collaborateurs, renforce son équipe Maintenance et recherche un(e) spécialiste EIA pour contribuer à la fiabilité technique et à la performance de ses installations.

Votre rôle

Rattaché(e) au Coordinateur EIA, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble des équipements électriques, automatisés et instrumentés du site. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la disponibilité des installations, la sécurité des opérations et l’optimisation des procédés industriels.


Missions principales

Maintenance et support technique

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive systématique et conditionnelle des systèmes EIA.
  • Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et assurer les dépannages.
  • Garantir la mise à jour et la conformité de la documentation technique.

Sécurité, qualité et conformité

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la sécurité des personnes et des procédés.
  • Participer à la démarche qualité et à la maîtrise de la sécurité alimentaire.
  • Soutenir les initiatives en faveur de la réduction de l’impact environnemental.

Amélioration continue et optimisation

  • Participer à des projets visant à renforcer la fiabilité et la performance des systèmes.
  • Être force de proposition sur les aspects techniques, méthodologiques ou organisationnels.
  • Participer au système d’astreinte EIA.


Profil recherché

Formation

  • Bac+2 minimum en génie électrique, instrumentation ou automatisme.

Compétences

  • Connaissances en maintenance EIA (une expérience sur site industriel est un atout).
  • Capacité à analyser, diagnostiquer et intervenir sur des systèmes complexes.

Qualités personnelles

  • Rigueur, sens du collectif et esprit d’initiative.
  • Adaptabilité, curiosité technique et envie d’apprendre.
  • Engagement pour un travail fiable, sécurisé et conforme.


Rémunération

  • Fourchette annuelle : 32 000 € à 36 000 € brut, ajustée selon expérience et expertise.
