Propósito e impacto del trabajo

El puesto de Asociado de Tesorería realiza procesos básicos y rutinarios para mantener una posición de financiamiento óptima para la organización. Bajo supervisión cercana, este rol colabora con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar que se cumplan los plazos de financiamiento, que las transacciones se liquiden y que se respeten los controles internos

Responsabilidades clave

  • ACTIVIDADES DE FINANCIAMIENTO GLOBAL: Ejecuta actividades básicas y rutinarias para garantizar que se satisfagan las necesidades de financiamiento global, incluyendo confirmaciones de operaciones, liquidaciones, conciliaciones y recopilación de posiciones regionales de financiamiento.
  • RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS: Aplica conocimientos básicos de la industria y brinda apoyo a socios internos para resolver problemas de financiamiento en apoyo a las actividades de la organización.
  • GESTIÓN DE RELACIONES: Apoya la colaboración con bancos, corredores y otras contrapartes internas y externas para facilitar la resolución de problemas.
  • MEJORA CONTINUA: Colabora en iniciativas para mejorar los sistemas y procesos de tesorería con el fin de respaldar los objetivos organizacionales y fomentar la mejora continua, como la implementación de nuevas estructuras de financiamiento y operaciones.
  • CUMPLIMIENTO: Documenta las actividades de tesorería para garantizar el cumplimiento con los estándares de control interno y los requisitos regulatorios.

Experiencia laboral mínima y típica

  • No se requiere un mínimo de años de experiencia relevante.

  • Generalmente se refleja en 2 años o más de experiencia relevante.

Calificaciones preferidas

  • Comprensión básica de conceptos de finanzas y contabilidad.

  • Capacidad para identificar mejoras en procesos y contribuir a la eficiencia en las operaciones financieras.
