PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO DO TRABALHO

O Supervisor de Operações de Portos fornecerá supervisão operacional estratégica para as instalações operacionais de embarque com alto grau de complexidade. Nesta função, você supervisionará e será responsável pelas instalações operacionais, por normas de segurança, qualidade, eficácia operacional e desempenho financeiro.

Local de Trabalho - Santarém / PA - Presencial

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Executar operações rotineiras da área atribuída, garantindo que os relatórios diretos estejam seguindo políticas e procedimentos relacionados à segurança das pessoas, processos, produtos e planeta.
  • Monitorar os resultados de produção, quantidade e qualidade para garantir que os requisitos de segurança do cliente e dos alimentos estejam dentro das especificações.
  • Fazer parceria com demais supervisores para atender às especificações e cronograma do cliente.
  • Administrar o orçamento de produção para um departamento, processar ou mudar e executar ordens de compra e garante o pagamento oportuno de faturas.
  • Desenvolver planos operacionais e monitorar operações rotineiras para todos os processos produtivos para múltiplos departamentos, processos e turnos.
  • Desenvolva, supervisione e forneça direcionamento para os times diretos e/ou liderados, incluindo princípios orientadores  e valores fundamentais da empresa.
  • Outros deveres como atribuídos.
  • Responsável pelas decisões pessoais relacionadas à contratação, desempenho e ações disciplinares para seus times diretos ou liderados.

QUALIFICAÇÕES

QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS

  • Bacharelado em área relacionada ou experiência equivalente
  • Experiencia em Processos Melhoria Contínua
  • Mínimo de um ano de experiência de gestão de pessoas
  • Inglês minimamente avançado
  • Outras qualificações mínimas podem ser aplicadas

QUALIFICAÇÕES PREFERENCIAIS

  • Conhecimento na área de graneis sólidos
  • Experiência na área de operações de embarque
