O Especialista em Conformidade de Commodities III trabalhará dentro de uma estrutura organizacional projetada para garantir que as atividades da organização sigam as regras e regulamentos necessários e cumpram os limites e jurisdições legais e regulatórios. Nessa função, você fornecerá conhecimento regulatório e compreensão dos negócios para lidar com o suporte complexo de conformidade para a linha de negócios designada. 

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Com supervisão limitada, analisar transações propostas, levando em consideração diretrizes internas e requisitos regulatórios externos para mitigar riscos de conformidade.

Com supervisão limitada, revisar e aconselhar sobre atividades para conformidade com requisitos regulatórios aplicáveis, incluindo transações de derivativos, crimes financeiros, combate à lavagem de dinheiro, combate ao suborno e à corrupção, e conhecimento prático de privacidade de dados e sanções. 

Administrar procedimentos definidos, análises e preparação de relatórios.

Trabalhar com funcionários mais experientes ao lidar com questões complexas, clientes maiores, contas, projetos, análises ou relações internas.

Lidar de forma independente com questões complexas com supervisão mínima, enquanto encaminha e consulta as questões mais complexas aos funcionários apropriados. 

QUALIFICAÇÕES

Licenciatura em área relacionada ou experiência equivalente

Mínimo de quatro anos de experiência profissional relacionada

Conhecimentos práticos de inglês e espanhol preferenciais
