FP1 FP2 Production and Material Requirements Planning Lead
Job Purpose and Impact
The Production and Material Requirements Planning Senior Supervisor will guide master planning, material requirements planning and production planning for a team assigned to a group of production locations. In this role, you will provide guidance by setting goals and objectives that ensure integration of manufacturing policies, processes and programs, supervising all master production, production scheduling and material requirements planning for a large team across a network with medium high planning complexity.
Key Accountabilities
- Support our team through issue resolution process when supply does not meet demand.
- Provide support and advice to ensure appropriate master schedule, material requirements plan and production scheduling activities are performed to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with supply and inventory manager to ensure appropriate information flow between integrated business planning and tactical execution activities.
- Review and publish master production plans, production schedules and material requirements planning metrics targets.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of supervisory experience
