Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Insights Senior Specialist will develop an in depth understanding of the external world by integrating and synthesizing various diverse data sources in expected ways to generate insights to build strategies and drive growth. In this role, you will perform complex, tailored primary and secondary research and analysis on aspects of that relate to specific strategic commercial needs. You will activate fit for purpose findings from the research to help commercial stakeholders make more informed decisions.

Key Accountabilities

•    Ensure decisions are rooted in a clear external understanding of the market
•    Bring and promote the voice of the customer and consumer to the organization in cross functional meetings and team discussions through any available source of knowledge and insights.
•    Gather, organize, analyze, synthesize and curate complex and multi modal sources of data, knowledge and information to distill meaning for commercial teams, identify key impacts and generate cross functional insights from multiple complex and diverse bodies of research.
•    Lead, plan and execute various complex end to end customer and consumer research projects to generate, disseminate and activate relevant insights that support commercial needs and drive strategy.
•    Apply full knowledge of research tools, systems and methodologies to continuously improve customer and consumer insights processes and activities.
•    Be the key point of contact for 1 of our categories

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
•    Minimum of four years of related work experience on insights
•    Broad knowledge of customer and consumer research tools, methodologies and suppliers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•    Broad knowledge of customer and consumer research tools, methodologies and suppliers
•    In depth understanding of commercial functions and innovation and how those functions connect with insights activities
•    In depth understanding of the market environment and its implications for customer and consumer insights activities
•    Experience leveraging AI tools for better and faster business turnaround
