Principal Accountabilities 

  • Will perform machine set-up, tear down, and style changes including breakdowns and troubleshooting
  • Feed materials into machine, operate and monitor short cycle machine operations with frequent guidance and adjustments to ensure product specifications are met
  • Track production and quality records both manually and electronically
  • Maintain line efficiencies and line speed for employees assigned to that line
  • Must be able to rotate within the departments and other departments
  • Work on the line as needed
  • Operate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jack
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including lockout-tag devices

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to lift uo to 40lbs frequently throughout the shift
  • Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
  • Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
  • Must have good basic math and reading skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous production experience
  • Work history in the past 12 months
