  • El trabajo profesional de contabilidad gerencial realiza actividades de contabilidad gerencial moderadamente complejas en apoyo de la toma de decisiones financieras. Con una supervisión limitada, este trabajo redacta informes financieros, analiza datos financieros y propone recomendaciones sobre procesos de presupuestación y previsión. Este trabajo también participa en la mejora continua de los sistemas de información de gestión, los estándares de informes y el desarrollo de métricas comerciales para impulsar decisiones comerciales informadas por datos.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

Serás un socio financiero clave para la cadena de valor, impulsando visibilidad de costos, desempeño y oportunidades de mejora. Traducirás análisis complejos en recomendaciones claras, conectando las prioridades del negocio con las necesidades del cliente.

  • Analizar costos, márgenes y principales drivers para identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora. 
  • Liderar reportes, presupuestos, forecast y seguimiento de KPIs, asegurando información oportuna y confiable. 
  • Generar insights y recomendaciones para decisiones operativas y comerciales. 
  • Actuar como socio financiero de stakeholders locales y regionales, facilitando conversaciones claras y orientadas a resultados. 
  • Gestionar la relación financiera con el cliente, comprendiendo necesidades, anticipando impactos y dando seguimiento a compromisos. 
  • Impulsar mejoras en procesos, controles, datos y herramientas de gestión.

AÑOS MÍNIMOS Y TÍPICOS DE EXPERIENCIA LABORAL

  • Requisito mínimo de 2 años de experiencia laboral relevante. Por lo general, refleja 3 años o más de experiencia relevante.

  • Experiencia en planificación financiera, análisis de costos, presupuesto y forecast.

  • Manejo de SAP y análisis de datos financieros.

  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multifuncionales y clientes clave.

  • Inglés intermedio
