O/A Analista de Folha de Pagamento Pl será responsável por tarefas rotineiras de processamento de folha de pagamento para todos os negócios da Cargill Brasil, garantindo as operações com qualidade e acuracidade das entregas mensais e em conformidade com a legislação. A posição de trabalho será em Uberlândia - MG.

Key Accountabilities

  • SUPORTE AO PROCESSAMENTO DA FOLHA DE PAGAMENTO: Coleta e revisa dados, incluindo informações pessoais e dados fixos e variáveis da folha de pagamento, fazer lançamentos no sistema e acompanhar com o provedor o processamento da folha de pagamento.
  • MANUTENÇÃO DE REGISTROS DE FOLHA DE PAGAMENTO E GARANTIA DE QUALIDADE DE DADOS: Revisa os dados da folha de pagamento, garantindo a precisão dos dados para variáveis essenciais da folha de pagamento, como salários de funcionários, contas bancárias, cargo, local de registro etc.
  • COMUNICAÇÃO: tratar chamados de folha de pagamento, respondendo às solicitações em tempo hábil, garantindo que as informações sejam arquivadas adequadamente de acordo com as políticas organizacionais e identificando as preocupações dos funcionários que requerem suporte adicional.
  • CONFORMIDADE DA FOLHA DE PAGAMENTO: garante que o processamento da folha esteja de acordo a lei e acordo local.

Qualifications

  • Experiência em rotinas administrativas de RH (folha, benefício, gestão de ponto, admissão, rescisão, etc) - obrigatório
  • Idioma Inglês avançado - obrigatório
  • Conhecimento em sistema de folha ADP - desejável
  • Excel intermediário - obrigatório
