O/A LATAM Procurement Master Data Operations Analyst irá atuar no nosso Capability Center em Uberlândia, sendo responsável por gerenciar os dados de fornecedores de Procurement para LATAM, garantindo qualidade, integridade e conformidade das informações, além de suportar de forma eficiente e padronizada os processos de compras, pagamentos e governança de dados.

Key Accountabilities

  • Criar, atualizar e manter cadastros de fornecedores em sistemas ERP.
  • Validar e revisar dados críticos como informações bancárias, fiscais, endereços e contatos.
  • Assegurar conformidade com políticas internas, auditorias e requisitos legais (compliance, quando aplicável).
  • Gerenciar solicitações de cadastro dentro dos SLAs estabelecidos.
  • Atuar como interface com áreas como Compras, Financeiro, Fiscal e stakeholders regionais.
  • Identificar inconsistências, duplicidades e propor melhorias no processo de governança de dados.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua (ex.: digitalização de formulários, workflows, RPA).
  • Preparar relatórios operacionais e indicadores (KPIs) como volume, SLA, backlog e qualidade de dados.
  • Treinar e orientar usuários e equipes sobre processos e boas práticas de cadastro.
  • Outros deveres como atribuídos

Qualifications

  • Espanhol avançado – obrigatório
  • Pacote office intermediário - obrigatório
  • Experiência em atividades administrativas - obrigatório
  • Inglês intermediário – diferencial
