O/A Senior Operations Buyer, LATAM Procurement irá atuar na nossa unidade de Uberlândia no Capability Center, sendo responsável por realizar atividades de Procurement Operations nos pedidos, como: criação, modificação, contato com fornecedores para solicitar confirmações de pedidos e follow up de entrega. Irá suportar na resolução de problemas complexos, propor ideias para melhoria contínua dos processos da área com foco no alcance das metas propostas. Este profissional terá contato com os países: Colômbia e México.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ajudar a equipe com melhorias nos processos.
  • Verificar registros e arquivos para obter precisão, realizando análises complexas de dados.
  • Atuar na gestão de demandas complexas de suporte administrativo, técnico e ao cliente com mínima supervisão, promovendo a colaboração entre os membros da equipe para solução eficiente dos casos.
  • Oferecer suporte contínuo ao time e escalar apenas as questões de maior complexidade, garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento
  • Outros deveres como atribuídos

Qualifications

  • Espanhol avançado obrigatório
  • Desejável conhecimento em nota fiscal
  • Desejável experiência com atividades administrativas
  • Inglês intermediário – diferencial
