Propósito e impacto del trabajo

La/El  Enfermera(o)  llevará a cabo actividades rutinarias de atención de salud ocupacional, incluyendo capacitación y educación en salud y bienestar, servicios de salud de los empleados y cumplimiento. Buscamos un profesional de grado academico de enfermeria auxiliar para ejercer en su estado de empleo.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Ayudar con los programas de salud ocupacional.
  • De acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos, llevar a cabo nuestra seguridad y entrenamiento ergonómico y administrar los conceptos básicos de los programas de drogas y alcohol.
  • Planificar e implementar proyectos de mejora del cumplimiento y sus resultados.
  • Bajo la supervisión general de un supervisor de salud, tratar, evaluar y evaluar la enfermedad o lesión de los empleados para determinar la dirección médica.
  • Ayudar a desarrollar, formular e implementar planes de atención basados en órdenes permanentes y directivas médicas.
  • Manejar problemas administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente moderadamente complejos bajo supervisión general, al tiempo que aumenta los problemas más complejos para el personal adecuado.

Calificaciones

Calificaciones Mínimas

  • Diploma de enfermeria auxiliar avalado por el Ministerio de Salud.
  • Mínimo de dos años de experiencia laboral relacionada
  • Manejo paquete Office.
  • Pueden aplicarse otras cualificaciones mínimas

Calificaciones Preferidas

  • Experiencia en pruebas de salud laboral.
  • Gestion de riesgos laborales.
