Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Engineer will help optimize the interconnected components of a manufacturing system. We seek a professional who will develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing advice on issues within the engineering field. We seek a professional who will collaborate with senior professionals to contribute to planning, designing and estimating time and cost, overseeing construction and maintenance of our structures, facilities, systems and components.

Key Accountabilities

  • Follow prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.

  • Contribute to designing and improving manufacturing processes, instruments and equipment, testing manufactured products to maintain quality.

  • Process learning and process improvements.

  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Applicant Information 

•Position is based in NY - WATKINS GLEN - 518 EAST 4TH STREET 

•Relocation assistance is not provided for this role

•Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00am to 04:00pm

The expected salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
