Job Purpose and Impact
The Mail & Shipping Support Representative performs routine front of house and occupant facing service activities across corporate office environments, with a primary focus on mail, shipping, and delivery services. Working under general supervision, this job supports the receipt, sorting, tracking, and distribution of mail, freight, and internal deliveries, as well as workplace services following established procedures and service standards. This job assists in service delivery activities, manages mail-related inquiries and records, and escalates service issues to support consistent workplace experience and operational continuity.
Key Accountabilities
- OCCUPANT EXPERIENCE & FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICES: Assists with front-of-house operations with a focus on mail services, including sorting, logging, and distributing incoming mail to support occupant experience.
- SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATION: Assists in mail and delivery service activities, including processing inbound packages, handling freight, and performing scheduled mail runs, following defined procedures and escalating issues.
- VENDOR SERVICES MANAGEMENT: Assists with vendor coordination and confirms service completion following established processes.
- SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT: Assists in tracking mail, shipping, and service requests and reports service issues to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE: Assists in workplace experience activities including events and amenities.
- OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Supports coordination with internal teams and vendors and escalates issues to maintain service continuity.
- MAIL PROCESSING EQUIPMENT: Operates Pitney Bowes postal and inserting equipment to process outbound mail and bulk distributions.
Qualifications
MINIMUM & TYPICAL YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

The expected salary for this position is $24/h. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
